Cure for HIV !!!! :)

HEY guys i am back with a blog on a very interesting new topic .
As you have seen the name of today's topic when somebody sees this word "cure" our eyes brighten up especially in this case for a disease which has been more famous for its incurability rather than what it does . I'm sure that for a layman if we ask him that what comes to your mind when you hear the word  "HIV" they probably would say that it is an STD and then the next line would be its incurable , but if we ask them how does it affect or whats the mechanism ,  they most probably wouldn't know .
So the main thing is how do we cure this freakin' disease ???

MECHANISM 

So basically what happens is when HIV infects the body it attacks the "T LYMPHOCYTES" which are the integral part of our immune system and they use the cellular mechanism of those cells to reproduce themselves and then attack other cells that's why there is an uncertainty in the onset period of AIDS . So what happens when one gets infected their immunity gets weak and to put it in a simple way even a Small common cold can turn into a scary pneumonial infection .

ABOUT THE CURE 

So now lets talk about the main topic .
There was this person named timothy brown who got HIV infection as well as a lymphoma so he needed a bone marrow transplant in order to cure that blood cancer .
So what happened was that apparently the donor of the graft had a genetic mutation named "DELTA 32" mutation what this does is that there is a cellular receptor named "CCR5" (to be precise this happens on 21st position of 3rd chromosome ) so the receptors becomes absent on the cell membrane .you must be thinking ,what about it . so this is the same receptor that is needed by HIV virus to enter the cell .
basically theoretically for any pathogen to enter a cell it needs a particular receptor and if that is not present it can not enter the cell . 
so when he had a stem cell with that mutation the blood cells including lymphocytes and as i said earlier HIV attacks on the "T LYMPHOCYTE" so now the cell is resistant to the infection .

CONCLUSION

So maybe one person getting cured is a flook but there has been a second case with the same procedure and diagnosis he has been designated as "LONDON PATIENT" so second case gives us hope that if we dig deeper in the reasons why these people got cured .
BUT BUT BUT it still cant be named as the cured as the London patient has been off the antiviral drugs for about 18 months now and till now there has not been any repercussions but it can return so untill this cure holds on to the patient for the longer time we can't be sure of this cure .
BUT since we know the mechanism of how these people got cured scientists are getting excited over it to do further reasearches to get the same results .

Zika cure theory !!!

Hello guys , this month i did a research on a very known epidemic virus "THE ZIKA VIRUS". So during the research i found out about the virus . STRUCTURE  Let us start with the structure , it's structure is made up of 10 protiens , out of which 7 are non-structural and 3 are structual . out of these three structural protiens , one protein makes the outer coat which is a glyprotein that gives the virus an icosahedral shape .
